Provati più volte i varchi 1 e 2... nella pratica non sono dei checkpoint fissi, ma cose che potresti riuscire a fare oggi e non domani, cioè, non mi pare si conseguano una volta per tutte, purtroppo. Vedere l'energia è quello che mi è funzionato meno. Le volte che ho provato, spesso il sogno crasha, quindi il discorso energie lascialo molto da parte per i primi tempi (ma anche i secondi). Le posizioni gemelle sono un'ottima pratica per irrobustire il sogno, se fatte appena inizia il lucido (ma solo se non è troppo debole)
